Green Peper, cut into strips 1 Ham, thin slices 6 Hot cooked rice or spaghetti f Lemon Pepper 1/2 tsp. MARGARINE OR BUTTER 2 tbs> Sliced Fresh Mushrooms 1/3 cup Swiss Cheese, thinly sliced 6 Tomato Sauce 1 - 15 oz. Whole Chicken Breasts, skinned 3 - total {**********} In a micro safe dish, combine margarine and sugar. Micro uncovered on 80% power for 30 to 60 sec. Rise chicken, pat dry. Add to dish, turning once to coat. Add green pepper and mushrooms. Cook covered with vented micro safe plastic wrap, on high for 8 to 10 min. or till chicken is tender and no longer pink, turning chicken over and rearranging once. Remove chicken and vegetables from dish with a slotted spoon. Stir tomato sauce, oregano, garlic powder and lemon pepper into drippings in dish. Cook covered on high for 3 to 4 min. or till hot and bubbly. meanwhile, wrap chicken with a cheese slice, then a ham slice. Place in dish atop sauce. Top with vegetables. Cook covered on high for 3 to 5 min. or till heated through, giving dish a half-turn once. Serve with rice or spaghetti. Makes 6 servings.
