WINTER FRUIT SALAD Regi Dean's Recipes 08/22/99 Salads Nita {*****} Egg Yolks 2 Flour 2 TBS> Med. Bananas 2 to 3 Miniature Marshmellows 1 1/2 cups Pear Halves, drained and chopp 1 - 16 oz. Pineapple chunks 1 - 20 oz. Queen Ann Cherries, drained & 1 - 16 oz. Sliced Peaches, drained and di 1 - 16 oz. Sugar 1/2 cup {**********} Drain pineapple, reserving 1 cup juice. Set pineapple aside. Combine reserved juice, sugar and flour in a small saucepan -- mix well. Cook over medium heat until mixture is thick Beat egg yolks until thick and lemon colored. Gradually stir about 1/4 of hot mixture into yolks. Add to remaining hot mixture, stirring constantly. Cook 2 additional minutes, stirring constantly. Cool. Add to fruits.
