Walnut Icebox Cookies 9/10/99 Desert Diane B. {*****} brown sugar 1 cup granulated sugar 1 cup butter 1 cup flour 3 cups eggs 2 walnuts, chopped 1 cup baking soda dissolved in hot water 1 tsp. {**********} (you may need a little more flour if dough is too wet to handle) Cream butter and both sugars. Add eggs, nuts and flour( add flour a little at a time). Make a long roll, wrap in waxed paper and put in fridge overnight. Slice roll very thin, the thinner the better.
