VALENTINE'S DAY POTATO SALAD

Potatoe Salads

Apple, diced	1
Dill	1 tb
Eggs, hard boiled and sliced	5
Mayonnaise (add as desired)	1 c
Mustard, Spicy	1/4 c
Onion, chopped	1/4 c
Red Rose potatoes	5
Sweet relish, with juice	1/4 c

 4 Servings
Boiled and cubed, with skins
Salt & Pepper to taste
Combine all ingredients, folding together gently. Serve chilled.
