UNCOOKED PLUM PUDDING Regi Dean's Recipes 08/22/99 Desserts Mrs. E.B. Douglas {*****} Allspice 1/2 ts Boiling water 2 c -chopped Cinnamon 1 ts Cold water 1/4 c Cooked prunes, finely 1 c Corn sirup 2 tb -crackers Egg whites, stiffly beaten 2 Finely shredded citron 1/2 c Fruit juice 4 tb Gelatin 4 tb Grapenuts or rolled graham 1 c Lemon juice 1 tb Raisins 1 c Salt 1/2 ts Sugar 1/2 c {**********} 8 Servings Soften gelatin in cold water. Dissolve in boiling water. Add all ingredients except egg whites. Mix thoroughly. Chill until partially set. Fold in egg whites. Pour into long shallow pan. Chill until firm.
