- undiluted	
Butter or margarine	3/4 c
Can evaporated milk;	6 oz
Pkg instant butterscotch	1
-pudding mix	
Quick-cooking Oatmeal	3 1/2 c
Sugar	2 c

Combine sugar, butter and evaporated milk; stir over low heat until
mixture comes to a full rolling boil. Remove from heat and add
pudding mix and oatmeal. Stir thoroughly. Cool 15 minutes, the drop
by rounded spoonfuls onto waxed=paper lined cookie pans.
These are almost like candy, too.
