TURKISH PILAF Regi Dean's Recipes 08/22/99 Grains Vegetarian Journal {*****} Almonds; slivered 2 tb Brown rice 1 1/2 c Cinnamon 1 ts Dried apricot; chopped 1/4 c Dried prunes; chopped 1/4 c Pistachio nuts; shelled 2 tb Water 4 c {**********} 6 Servings Cook the brown rice in boiling water in a covered pot for 45 minutes.
