TURKEY SALAD WITH FRUIT Regi Dean's Recipes 08/22/99 Salads Rich Harper {*****} -1 Cup Celery Stalks; Sliced, About 2 md Cooked Turkey; Cut Up 3 c -Drained, 1 Can -Drained, 1 Can Green Grapes; Sliced 3/4 c Green Onions; Thinly Sliced 2 lg -Low Fat Yogurt, 6 ounces Mandarin Orange Segments; 11 oz Peach, Orange, Or Lemon 2/3 c Soy Sauce 2 tb Water Chestnuts; Sliced, 8 oz {**********} 6 Servings Mixed Salad Greens Mix the turkey, grapes, orange segments, water chestnuts, celery and onions in a large bowl, blending well. Mix the yogurt and soy sauce, blending well. Pour over the turkey mixture and toss. Cover and refrigerate for about 2 hours or until well chilled. Serve on the salad greens.
