TURKEY POTATO PANCAKES Regi Dean's Recipes 08/22/99 Turkey Taste of Home {*****} All-purpose flour 2 tb Cooked turkey; finely choppe 1 1/2 c Eggs 3 Green onions with tops; slic 1/4 c Salt 1 1/2 ts Shredded peeled potatoes 3 c {**********} 12 Servings Cooking oil Cranberry sauce; optional In a bowl, beat the eggs. Add potatoes, turkey, onions, flour and salt; mix well. Heat about 1/4" of oil in a large skillet. Pour batter by 1/3 cupfuls into hot oil.
