TURKEY OR CHICKEN & BROCCOLI Regi Dean's Recipes 08/22/99 Casseroles Debra Heng {*****} Bag cut broccoli (not the 20 oz Cheddar cheese soup 1 cn Cheddar, shredded 1 c -chopped kind), cooked 'til Cream of mushroom soup 1 cn Curry powder 1/4 ts -cut up Poultry seasoning 1/4 ts Turkey or chicken, cooked & 2 c -well {**********} 6 Servings Crisp-tender and drained Grinds black pepper your favorite casserole topping (cheese croutons, those "dreaded" crunchy onions, etc.) Heat soup (do not dilute) together with seasonings. In a 2 quart casserole, lightly oiled, layer the meat first, then the broccoli, the soup mixture, and the cheese. Cover and bake for 45-60 minutes at 350F.
