TURKEY MACARONI SALAD Regi Dean's Recipes 08/22/99 Salads Rich Harper {*****} - 1/2 Cup - 2 Ounces -Calorie Mayonnaise Or Salad Celery Stalk; Sliced, About 1 md Cheddar Cheese; Shredded, 1/2 c Cholesterol Free Reduced 3/4 c Cooked Turkey; Cut Up 2 c -Dressing Frozen Green Peas; 1 Pkg 10 oz Green Onions; Sliced, About 5 md -Head Lettuce; Torn Into Bite Size 3 c -Macaroni; About 6 Ounces -Pieces, About 1/2 Medium Sweet Pickle Relish 1/3 c Uncooked Elbow Or Spiral 1 1/2 c {**********} 6 Servings 1/2 Cup Cook the macaroni according to the package directions and drain. Rinse with cold water and drain again. Rinse the frozen peas with cold water to separate and drain. Mix the macaroni, peas and remaining ingredients except the lettuce. Cover and refrigerate about 4 hours or until well chilled. Serve on the lettuce.
