TURKEY DRESSING Regi Dean's Recipes 08/22/99 Turkey Elizabeth Powell {*****} Bacon fat 2 tb Baking powder 1/2 ts Butter 1/2 c Cornbread stuffing 6 c Eggs -- beaten 2 Fresh parsley -- minced 2 tb Onion -- chopped 1 Sage -- ground 2 ts Salt 2 ts Soft bread crumbs -- 6 c Thyme 1/2 ts White pepper 1 ts Whole celery stalks -- 2 {**********} 12 Servings Toasted Chopped Turkey giblets stock Combine salt, sage, thyme, baking powder, pepper, bread crumbs, and eggs. Melt butter with bacon fat in skillet on low heat; add onion, celery and parsley. Simmer for about 15 minutes. Mix together the butter and crumb mixtures.
