TURKEY CRUNCH Regi Dean's Recipes 08/22/99 Turkey Mrs. William W. Prentice {*****} Celery, chopped 1/2 c Chow mein noodles 3 oz Cream of mushroom soup 2 cn Diced cooked turkey 3 c Green pepper, chopped 1/4 c Jar sliced pimento, drained 2 oz Milk 1 c Mushrooms 4 oz Onion, chopped 1/4 c Poultry seasoning 1/2 ts {**********} 4 Servings Butter Combine turkey, mushrooms, celery, onion, green pepper, pimento and poultry seasoning into 2 quart casserole greased with butter. Blend together mushroom soup and milk and pour over the turkey mixture. Sprinkle chow mein noodles over top. Bake in slow (325 degree) oven for 30 minutes. Mrs. William W. Prentice
