TURKEY CHILI ADIOS Regi Dean's Recipes 08/22/99 Turkey Pat Stockett {*****} 4 oz. can green chiles 1 6 oz. can tomato paste 1 Canned kidney beans, drained 1 c Chili powder 2 ts Cooked, minced turkey 3 c Cumin powder 1 ts Onion chopped 1 md Prepared mustard 1 ts Raw rice 1 c Ribs celery, chopped 2 Turkey or chicken broth 3 c {**********} 1 Servings Combine all ingredients in a saucepan and cover and simmer, stirring occasionally until rice is tender, about 35 minutes. For thicker, richer chili, puree one small can of kidney beans in a blender or food processor and add to chili. From: Pat Stockett
