TUNA LUAU Regi Dean's Recipes 08/22/99 Fish The Tuna Cookbook {*****} Brown sugar 2 tb Cider vinegar 3 tb Cornstarch 1 1/2 tb Green pepper, cut in strips 1 -liquid) (9 oz) MSG or lemon juice 1 ts Pineapple tidbits (reserve 1 cn Prepared mustard 2 ts Tuna; drained and flaked 2 cn Water 3/4 c {**********} 6 Servings Cooked rice Put tuna into skillet. Add liquid from pineapple, sugar, cornstarch, MSG, vinegar and mustard, and water. Cook, stirring, until thickened.
