TROUT ITALIANO Regi Dean's Recipes 08/22/99 Fish National Fisheries Institute {*****} 8-oz. trout fillets 4 {**********} 4 Servings Italian salad dressing Place the trout fillets in a shallow bowl and cover with Italian salad dressing. Marinate for about 2 hours. Place trout on a well oiled grill about 5 inches from the heat. Cook for 5 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork. Serve with new potatoes and sauteed zucchini. Garnish with fresh parsley. Serves 4. (Adapted from a National Fisheries Institute recipe)
