Coconut flakes	1/3 c
Curry powder	2 ts
Dry milk	1 tb
Raisins	1/3 c
Salt	1 ts
Water	3/4 c
White bread flour	2 c
Yeast, active dry	2 ts
Yeast, fast rise or machine	1 1/2 ts

Colorful and unexpected, this bread is as distinctive as the country
inspired it.  The raisins and coconut lend a slight sweetness, but the
flavor and aroma are distinctly curry.  Serve it with your favoritet
rice and meat dish.
Success Hints
If you like more kick in your curry, use hot curry.
Use regular, rapid or delayed time bake cycle.
   2 ts Yeast, active dry
           - or -
    1 1/2 ts Yeast, fast rise or machine
