Sweet Cajun Shrimp Regi Dean's Recipes 08/25/99 Cajun More Cajun Cooking {*****} Black pepper 1 ts Brown sugar 1 tb Catsup 1 c Cayenne pepper 1 ts Honey 1 tb Hot sauce 2 ts Onion powder 1 ts Shrimp, peeled and deveine 1 lb Thyme 1/2 ts Vinegar 2 tb {**********} 4 servings Combine all ingredients except shrimp in a sauce pan. Heat thoroughly. Cook shrimp in boiling water for 5 minutes or until shrimp turns pink. Brush sauce over shrimp. Serve over rice with leftover sauce. Serves 4.
