Dried Knorr Vegetable Soup Mix	1 pkg.
Frozen, Chopped Spinich, thaw	2 pkgs.
Mayonnaise	8 oz.
Onions, finely chopped	1 Med.
Sour Cream	1 1/2 cup
Water Chestnuts, finely choppe	1 can

Squeeze all the juice from spinach.  Mix Knorr soup, sour cream and 
mayonnaise together.  Add spinach, onions and water chestnuts.  Mix 
thorougly.  may be served in round loaf of bread (remove center) with 
crackers or raw vegetables.  Chill before serving. 
Note:  May add more sour cream for consistency.
