SPINACH CASSEROLE Regi Dean's Recipes 08/22/99 Vegetables Nita {*****} Beef Bouillion Cubes 1 1/2 cube Cream Cheese 4 oz. dissolved in 1/2 cup hot water Egg 1 Frozen Spinach, cooked & drain 1 pkg Minced Onion 1 TBSP. Unsalted Butter 1 1/2 TBSP {**********} Combine all ingredients except spinach in blender and process (or beat until it looks like thick milk). In casserole dish, add spinach, then sauce and stir to blend. Bake at 400* for 20 min. Makes 3 servings. Recipe can be doubled or tripled and a cracker crumb topping can be added if desired.
