Sour Cream(8 oz) 2 cartons Sugar 2 cups {**********} Preheat oven to 359* Bake cake in 2 layers until golden -- about 25 minutes. Leave to cool. Meanwhile, mix coconut, sugar and sour cream together. Let stand for 2 hours. Split layers of cake to make a four laryer cake. Spread coconut mixture between layers, then ice top and sides. Store in the refrigerator.
