shortbread puffs

Cookies

butter room temp	1 cup
icing sugar	1/2 cup
flour	1 cup
cornstarch	1/2 cup
 vanilla	1 tsp

oven 325    ungreased cookie sheet

beat butter for 5 minutes until foamy

add dry ingredients and vanilla  and beat 20 minutes

drop by teaspoonful  onto cookie sheet

bake 12 - 15 minutes  carefully put on rack to cool  very delicate cookies
