Saucy Meat Loaves Regi Dean's Recipes 08/22/99 Hamburger Southern Living {*****} Breadcrumbs, soft 1 c Egg; beaten 1 Ground beef 1 1/2 lb Mustard, prepared 2 tb Onion; finely chopped 1 md Pepper 1/4 ts Salt 1 1/4 ts Sugar, brown 2 tb Tomato sauce; divided 1 c Vinegar 2 tb Water 1/2 c {**********} 6 servings Rice; hot, cooked Combine first 6 ingredients and 1/2 cup tomato sauce in a large mixing bowl; mix well, and shape into 6 individual meat loaves. Place in a greased 9" square baking pan. Combine 1/2 cup tomato sauce, brown sugar, vinegar, mustard, and wate; mix well, and pour over meat loaves.
