rhubarb cake Regi Dean's Recipes 1/12/00 Cakes Donna Martin {*****} brown sugar 1 1/2 cups butter 1/2 cup egg 1 flour 2 cups soda 1 tsp sour milk 1 cup salt 1/4 tsp vanilla 1 tsp rhubarb 1 1/3 cups topping brown sugar 1/4 cup cinnamon 1 tsp {**********} oven 350 - 375 grease and flour 9 x 13 pan cut rhubarb into 1/2 inch dice set aside sour milk by, adding 1 tbsp of lemon juice to 1 cup milk combine dry ingredients set aside cream butter and sugar well add egg & vanilla beat well add dry ingredients alternately with sour milk beat well fold in rhubarb pour into pan mix topping ingredients together and sprinkle over top of cake bake 35 minutes cool thourghly before cutting
