QUICK STUFFED SPUD SOUP Regi Dean's Recipes 08/22/99 Soups Nita {*****} Butter 1/2 cup Chopped Chives to taste Cream Of Chicken Soup 10 oz. Frozen Hash Brown, thawed 2 lbs. Green Onion, Chopped 1/2 cup Half & Half or Milk 3 to 4 cup Parsley Flakes to taste Salt & Pepper to taste Shredded Cheddar Cheese 1 cup {**********} Saute' onion in butter, add soup, Half & Half and thawed potatoes. Stir in cheese. Heat gently. Can garnish with the pasley & Chives or cooked, crumbled bacon or add some or all to soup. SERVES 8 - 10
