PORK CHOPS AND POTATO BAKE Regi Dean's Recipes 08/21/99 Pork Chops Shirley Williams {*****} pork chops 6 vegetable oil cream of celery soup 1 cup milk 1/2 cup thawed o-brien potatoes 1-24 oz. shredded cheddar cheese 1 cup french friend onion rings in can 1 cup sour cream 1/2 cup salt and pepper to taste {**********} Brown pork chops in vegetable oil and drain on paper towels, combine soup, milk, sour cream, salt and pepper, stir in potatoes, 1/2 cup cheese and 1/2 cup onions. Pour mixture into pan and arrange pork chops over potatoes. Bake covered in preheated 350 degrees oven for about 40 minutes. Top with remaining cheese and onions. Bake uncovered for 5 minutes. Serves 6.
