Dry milk	2 tb
Mozzarella, shredded	1/3 c
Mushrooms, canned/drained	1/3 c
Onion flakes	1/4 c
Oregano	3/4 ts
Parmesan, grated	1 tb
Pepperoni, chopped	1/2 c
Salt	1 1/2 ts
Sugar	2 tb
Water	1 3/8 c
White bread flour	3 c
Yeast, active dry	2 1/2 ts
Yeast, fast rise or machine	1 1/2 ts

With this bread, you can take your pizza on a real picnic - it's that
close to the real thing!  Finally... a pizza with a perfect crust!
Success Hints
Use stick perreroni and dice into 1/4" chunks.
As with al cheese breads, loaf appearance will be unusual due to the
moisture of the cheese.
Use regular or rapid bake cycle.
   2 1/2 ts Yeast, active dry
           - or -
    1 1/2 ts Yeast, fast rise or machine
