ONION ROASTED POTATOES

Dry Onion-Mushroom Soup Mix	1
Envelope/ Lipton Recipe Secret	1
Olive or Vegetable Oil	1/3 cup
Potatoes, cut in wedges	2 lbs.

Preheat oven to 450*.  In large plastic bag or bowl, add all ingredients.  
Close bag and shake or toss in bowl, until potatoes are evenly coated.  
In 9 x 13" pan, arrange potatoes.  

Bake uncovered, stirring occasionally, 40 minutes or until potatoes are 
tender and golden brown.   Also terrific with Lipton Recipe Secrets, 
Golden Onion savory or  Herb with Garlic.
