7 Grain rolled cereal	1/2 c
Butter	2 tb
Cracked wheat	2 tb
Dry milk	2 tb
Honey	2 1/2 tb
Oat bran	2 tb
Salt	1 1/2 ts
Water	1 1/4 c
Wheat bread flour	1/2 c
Wheat germ	3 tb
White bread flour	2 1/4 c
Yeast, active dry	3 ts
Yeast, fast rise or machine	2 ts

Packed with good-for-you stuff!  All those grains give it a full, rich
flavor - and enough body to stick to your ribs.  If you want the
benefits of cereal and the timeliness of toast, this is the bread for
you.
Success Hints
Any unsweetened multi-grain cereal should work in this bread.
For accent & crunch, sprinkle a few oats on top after the final rise,
just before baking.
This recipe can be made with the regular, rapid or delayed time bake
cycles.
   3 ts Yeast, active dry
           - or -
    2 ts Yeast, fast rise or machine
