Bisquick baking mix	2 c
Sour cream	1 c
Stick of butter, softened	1

 3 servings
Heat oven to 350 degrees. 

 In a large bowl, mix all ingredients well with wooden spoon.  
Put into greased muffin tins.  
Bake 20 minutes or until light golden brown.
