Muffins ( Maple Syrup ) Regi Dean's Recipes 08/25/99 Muffins Mrs. Whiting Preston {*****} Baking Powder 2 1/2 ts Butter, Melted 1/4 Egg 1 Flour 1 3/4 c Maple Syrup 1 c Milk 1/4 c Salt 1/4 ts {**********} 9 servings Whip milk into beaten egg, using egg beater. Sift flour, baking powder and salt together. Add to egg and milk mixture a little at time, alternating with maple syrup (this is important). Fold in melted butter.
