Muffins ( Cranberry ) Regi Dean's Recipes 08/25/99 Muffins Southern Living Magazine {*****} Baking powder 4 ts Butter; melted 3 tb Cranberries 1 c Egg; beaten 1 Flour, all-purpose 2 c Milk 1 c Salt 3/4 ts Sugar; divided 1/2 c {**********} 12 muffins Put cranberries through food chopped; mix with 1/4 cup sugar. Combineremaining sugar, flour, baking powder and salt. Combine egg, milk, and butter; add to dry ingredients. Stir only until dry ingredients are moistened. Fold in sweetened cranberries.
