Instant Minced Onion 1 1/2 tsp. Margarine 2 TBSP. Milk 1 cup Salt 1/4 tsp. {**********} Melt margarine in a heavy saucepan over low heat. Add next 6 ingredients, stirring until smooth. Cook 1 minute, stirring constantly until thickened and bubbly. Discard bay leaf, add cheese, stirring until melted. Serve over poached eggs, chicken, or seafood. YIELD: 1 1/4 CUPS
