Butter	1 1/2 tb
Dry milk	1 tb

Instant mocha *	1 tb
Pecans, chopped	1/4 c
Rye flour	1/4 c
Salt	1 ts
Water	3/4 c
White bread flour	1 3/4 c
Yeast, active dry	2 ts
Yeast, fast rise or machine	1 ts

This is a coffee-lover's bread.  It goes great with a cup of rich
French Roast any time of day, making any coffee break feel like a
brunch.  Serve it with a light spread of cream cheese for an even
richer flavor.
Success Hints
* Sugar-free coffee mix.  Try your favorite instant coffee mixes,
such as Cappuccino or Vienna.
For an alternative, use sugar-free cocoa mix instead of the coffee
mix.
Use regular or rapid bake cycle.
   2 ts Yeast, active dry
