MICRO CHEESY PIZZA MEAT LOAF Regi Dean's Recipes 08/22/99 Meats Nita {*****} 1 Jar Sliced Mushrooms, draied 2 1/2 oz. Dried Whole Oregano 1/2 tsp. Eggs, beaten 2 Garlic Salt 1/2 tsp. Green Pepper, finely chopped 3 TBS. Ground Beef 1 lb. Hot Bulk Pork Sausage 1/2 lb. Onion, finely chopped 3 TBS. Shredded Mozzarella Cheese 3/4 cup Soft Breadcrumbs 1 1/2 cup Tomato Sauce, one can 8 oz {**********} Combine meat, breadcrumbs, eggs, 1/3 cup tomato sauce, onion, green pepper, garlic salt and oregano. Mix well. press mixture into a 9" pieplate or ring mold. Cover with waxed paper. Microwave on High (see chart below for time), giving dish a hafl-turn after 7 min. Using a baster, drain off excess drippings. Spread remaining tomato sauce evenly over meatloaf and arrange mushroooms over sauce. Microwave on High for 1 min. Add Mozzarella Cheese. NOTE: Meatloaf is done when it is fairly firm to the touch. TIME CHART Minutes on High Ring 5 to 12 min. Round 12 to 18 min. Loaf 12 to 16 min. Individual 8 to 11 min.
