Chocolate Coating Coconut (flaked) 1 cup Confectioners' sugar (1 lb.) 3 1/2 cups Light Corn Syrup 1/3 cup Margarine 1/3 cup Pecans, chopped 1 cup Salt 1/2 tsp. {**********} Blend margarine, salt, corn syrup and butter flavoring in a large bowl. Add sugar and mix well. Add coconut and pecans. Roll in balls and dip into melted chocolate coating. Place on waxed paper to cool and set.
