LEMON PARFAIT PIE Regi Dean's Recipes 08/22/99 Pies Nita {*****} Baked Pie Shell or Cookie Crus 1 Combined Fruit Juice & Water 1 1/4 cup Drained Fruit Cocktail 1 can Lemon Jello 3 oz Vanilla Ice Cream 2 cups {**********} Dissolve jello in hot water. Add ice cream by spoonfuls, stirring until melted. Chill until thickened, 20 minutes. Fold in fruit. Put in pie shell. Chill for 15 minutes. Garnish with whipped cream and more fruit.
