LEMON HERB CHICKEN CRUNCH Regi Dean's Recipes 08/22/99 Meats Nita {*****} Cream of Roast Garlic 1 can Campbell's Healthy Request Chicken Breast Halves, skinned 4 Dry Bread Crumbs 2/3 cup Lemon Juice 1 tsp. Paprika 1/4 tsp. Water 1/4 cup {**********} 1. In saucepan mix soup, water and lemon juice. 2. Mix bread crums and paprika. Dip chicken into 1/2 cup soup mixture, then in bread crumb mixture. Place chicken on baking sheet. Spray chicken with vegetable cooking spray. Bake all 375* for 1 hr or until chicken is done. Serves 4 260 calories per serving.
