Jambalaya Salad Regi Dean's Recipes 08/25/99 Cajun Meg Antczak {*****} Bacon slices -- crumbled 6 Celery -- sliced 1/2 c Garlic clove -- minced 1 Green pepper -- chopped 1/2 c Ham -- cubed 1/2 c Onion -- chopped 1/4 c Pepper, red -- ground 1/4 ts Rice -- cooked 2 c Salad dressing, Italian 3/4 c Salt 1/4 ts Shrimp, tiny -- cooked 6 oz Thyme 1 ts Tomato -- chopped 1 c {**********} 4 servings Combine first eight ingredients.
