Hungarian dumplings Regi Dean's Recipes 1/12/00 Main Dish Donna Martin {*****} eggs 2 water 2 tbsp flour 1 cup salt 1 tsp {**********} beat eggs and waterand salt well add flour all at once beat very well set aside in large pot put 6 cups of water and 1 tsp of saltbring to a boil using a teaspoon at edge of bowl cut 1/4 tsp of dough and drop into boiling water when all the dough is in the water put on the lid reduce heat and boil 10 minutes drain put into dish mix with melted butter serve hot with stew
