HAM & BROCCOLI STRATA Regi Dean's Recipes 08/22/99 Breakfast Nita {*****} Boiled Egg, sliced 1 Cooked Ham, diced 2 cups Dry Mustard 1/4 tsp. Eggs, slightly beaten 6 Frozen Chopped Broccoli, cooke 10 oz. Instant Mixed Onion 1 TBS. Milk 3 1/2 cups Papricka (optional) Parsley Springs (optional) Sharp Cheddar Cheese 3 cups White Bread w\crusts removed 12 slices {**********} Cut bread into small cubes. Layer bread cubes, broccoli and ham in a buttered 8 x 12" baking dish. Combine eggs, milk, onion, mustard and cheese. Stir well. Pour over casserole, cover and refrigerate 24 hrs. Bake uncovered at 325* for 35 to 60 min. Garnish with parsley, egg slices and papricka, if desired. Yield: 6 to 8 servings.
