GERMAN CHOCOLATE CAKE ICING Regi Dean's Recipes 08/21/99 Deserts Shirley Williams {*****} canned milk 2 c+2 tbsp margarine 1stk+2tb sugar 1c+2 tbsp 2 egg yolks + 2 whole eggs coconut 1 cup Chopped pecans 1 cup {**********} Mix milk, margarine, surgar and eggs in saucepan, cook over low heat, stirring constantly. Do not leave while this is cooking, when thick, remove from heat and cool a bit. Fold in coconut and pecans. Spread on cake. Keep REFRIGERATED!
