Gator Tail with Lemon Butter Regi Dean's Recipes 08/25/99 Cajun Justin Wilson {*****} Alligator tail; slice thin 2 lb Butter/margarine 1/4 lb Cayenne pepper to taste Lemon juice 1 1/2 ts Onion powder 1/2 ts Parsley; dried 1 1/2 ts Parsley; fresh choped OR >>> 1 tb Salt 1 1/2 ts -slice thin. {**********} 4 servings LEMON BUTTER: Over low heat in small saucepan, melt margarine or butter and stir in the remaining ingredients; DON'T LET IT BOIL. Let heat through, then serve immediately.
