Mashed potatoes 2 cups Onion, finely chopped 1 small Pepper 1/8 tsp. Salt 1/4 tsp. {**********} Combine first 7 ingredients, beat 2 to 3 minutes at medium speed of electric mixer. Pour into a greased 1 1/2 quart casserole. Spread crushed onions evenly over top. Bake, uncovered at 300* for 30 to 35 minutes. Yiel: 4 servings.
