EASY PEACH COBBLER Regi Dean's Recipes 08/21/99 Deserts Shirley Williams {*****} butter 1/2 cup flour 1 cup sugar 1 cup baking powder 1 tbsp milk 3/4 cup sliced peaches, drained 1 large can vanilla 1 tsp. sugar 1 cup {**********} Melt butter in 13x9x3" or 8x2" baking dish. Blend flour, 1 cup sugar, baking powder and stir in milk. Pour well-blended batter into butter. Pour drained peaches over batter. Sprinkle with vanilla and then with remaining sugar. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until brown.
