DEVILED PECAN BALL Regi Dean's Recipes 08/22/99 Appetizers Nita {*****} Chopped Pimiento 2 TBS. Cream Cheese, softened 2 (8 oz.) Deviled Ham 1 can Dried Parsley Flakes 1 tsp. Dry Mustard 1 tsp. Grated Onion 2 tsp. Hot sauce 2 drops Lemon Juice 1 tsp. Paprika 3/4 tsp. Pecans, chopped 2 cups Salt 1/4 tsp. Seasoned Salt 1/2 tsp. Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese 2 cups Worcestershire Sauce 2 tsp. {**********} Combine first 3 ingredients, blending well. Stir in remaining ingredients except pecans. Chill 2 hours. Divide cheese mixture in half and shape into 2 balls. Roll in pecans. serve with crackers. Yield: 2 cheese balls.
