CREAM CHICKEN CASSEROLE Regi Dean's Recipes 08/21/99 Chicken Shirley Williams {*****} large young fryer 1 cream cheese 4 oz. thyme or marjoram 1 tsp. green beans 1 cup sweet milk 1/2 cup celery salt 1 tsp {**********} Cook 1 large fryer in pressure cooker for 45 minutes or in a big pan with cover on it for 1 hour or until tender, with salt, pepper, thyme or marjoran and celery salt. Cool and debone chicken. In casserole dish, place layer of green beans, deboned bite-size chicken and top with a sauce made of cream cheese and milk, melted and blended together. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 30 minutes. Sprinkle with parsley for decorations. Serves 4.
