CRANBERRY SALAD RING Regi Dean's Recipes 08/22/99 Salads Nita {*****} Apples, cored & ground 2 Black Raspberry Jello 4 - 3 oz. Boiling water 2 cups Cold water 1/2 cup Crushed Pineapple, undrained 1 - 15 oz. Fresh Cranberries, ground 2 cups Lettuce leaves (optional) Mayonnaise or salad dressing ( Orange slices (optional) Oranges, seeded & ground 2 Pecans 1 cup Sugar 2 cups {**********} Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Add cold water and chill until consistency of unbeaten egg white. Combine next 6 ingredients. Mix Well. Fold fruit mixture into gelatin mixture. Pour into a lightly oiled 10 - cup ring mold. Chill until set. Unmold on lettuce leaves. Fill center of ring with mayonnaise and garnish with orange slices if desired. Yield 18 to 20 servings.
