CORN CHOWDER Regi Dean's Recipes 08/22/99 Soups Nita {*****} Cream Corn 3 cans Evaporated Milk 3 cans Onion, chopped 1 small Potatoes 2 or 3 Salt Pork small piec Salt, pepper to taste {**********} Cube potatoes and cover with water(about half full) in large pot, cook until done. Add salt to water. Meanwhile, saute onion in salt pork until well done and browned. Pour into pot with potatoes. Add corn and evaporated milk. Cook slowly for 30 minutes on medium low--do not boil. Best served day later.
