COCONUT CAKE Regi Dean's Recipes 08/21/99 Deserts Shirley Williams {*****} White cake mix sugar 1 cup milk 1 cup cool whip l container coconut, or bag 1 can {**********} Bake cake mix as directed in a 9 X 13 X 2 inch cake pan. After the cake is done. Bring to a rolling boil the sugar and milk, pour over cake. Combine cool whip and coconut. Spread over cake. CHILL. This will be a very moist cake. (Also you can use the (white) frosting of your choice to mix with the coconut)
